• Offer is valid only for stays on our Black Friday sale rate and must be booked between 15th November and 6th December 2024.
• Discount is taken off our best flexible rate B&B rate. The rate shown includes discount and no further discount will apply to the rate booked.
• Your reservation can be cancelled up until 2pm (local hotel time) 48hrs prior to your arrival without charge. A valid credit card is required at time of reservation as a guarantee, which will be charged in the case of late cancellation or no show. 
• Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates may be closed on this offer rate or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied. Rooms are available on this rate for stay dates from 15th November 2024 to 31st March 2025.
• Whilst the percentage discount will remain the same, rates – and availability – may change during the period of this offer. The rate showing at the time of making the reservation will apply.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT. In the event of an adjustment in the rate of VAT, no change will be made to the price of the confirmed reservation.
