Celebrate the life and legacy of Robert Burns with an exquisite Burns Supper at Fauna, where the finest local Scottish produce takes center stage. Available from Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th January, our carefully crafted menu offers a true taste of Scotland, blending traditional flavors with modern culinary flair.
Begin your meal with Sam Bell’s Smoked Sea Trout Three Ways, a beautifully prepared dish that showcases the delicate, smoky essence of local trout. For the main course, choose between the classic Haggis, Neeps, and Tatties, served with a contemporary twist, or the indulgent Slow-Cooked Angus Beef Shin Bourguignon, featuring tender beef in a rich, flavourful sauce. Finish your evening with the decadent Chocolate Crémeux, a luxurious dessert that perfectly complements the meal.
The Burns Supper is priced at £55 per person, with the option to add between two Scottish whisky flights - Glenkinchie 12yr, Balblair 15yr and Glengoyne 15yr for £17.50 or an Ardbeg 14yr, Balblair 15yr and Glengoyne 15yr for £25 - to enhance each course.
On Burns Night itself, enjoy an evening of special live entertainment in Flora Bar, from 2 to a bar - a vintage pop & rock n roll duo playing lively guitar and vocal harmonies to honour Scotland’s national poet.
