Sunday Lunch at Fauna

Gather with family and friends for a leisurely Sunday lunch at Fauna, where the finest local ingredients take centre stage. Served from 12pm – 5pm, our Perthshire Sunday Roast features roasted rump of beef, perfectly crisp roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, and rich, flavourful gravy. Or choose from dishes such as Oven Baked Stone Bass in a creamy white wine and leek sauce or a Vegetable Wellington with wholegrain mustard mash.

Indulge in classic desserts like Sticky Toffee Pudding or a Raspberry & Whisky Crème Brûlée or savour a selection of Isle of Mull cheeses.

Our Sunday Roast is subject to availability so we recommend booking ahead. From 5pm onwards, our evening menu takes over, offering an elegant selection of seasonal dishes.

Join us at Pine Trees Hotel for a special summer evening celebrating the expressive, food-friendly wines of Tunella Vineyards, one of our featured producers and a long-time favourite of our Hotel Manager, David, who has proudly listed their wines for over a decade.

This family-run estate, nestled in the Colli Orientali del Friuli hills of northeastern Italy, has been producing premium wines since the 1960s. Formerly known as the Livio Zorzettig Estate, the winery was relaunched in the early 2000s as Tunella, named after the hillside hamlet where their distinctive vines grow in Ponca, a rare marl and sandstone soil known to impart elegance, structure, and aromatic complexity.

Tunella crafts exceptional wines from both international and indigenous grape varieties. Expect beautifully floral, herbal, and textural wines that are made in small batches with extraordinary care, perfectly matched to specially curated food pairings of the evening.

Spaces are limited, so book early for an unforgettable summer celebration of food, wine, and Friulian craftsmanship.
