Just moments from the heart of the estate, the Coach House offers six warm, thoughtfully designed rooms which can be booked individually or as a group for families and friends seeking a private space to rest and relax.
Overlooking the woodland, the Coach House is dog friendly and provides the perfect place to reconnect and embrace Scotland’s charm.

Located in the Coach House within the grounds of Pine Trees Hotel, the Coach House Suite offers a peaceful escape just moments from the main house and restaurant, which are just 100m away. Featuring a super king size bed, a separate living room and period details. These suites are perfectly suited for families looking for adventure and are equipped with a comfy sofa bed designed for two little ones. There are also extra special touches such as a GHD hairdryer, vintage-style DAB radio with Bluetooth and access to the Perthshire Pantry where fresh milk, fruit and bakery items are complimentary and refreshed daily. Your canine friend is welcome too.

Our History
Our main hotel building is a historic Victorian mansion house dating back to 1892. Due to its age and listed status, please be advised there are no lifts and there are a small number of stairs to access the building. If you require an accessible room, please enquire with us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you within the estate.
