- Offer is valid only when the Cultural Escape rate is booked
- Reservations must be made online via the hotels booking engine
- In the first instance the booking is provisional until theatre ticket availability is confirmed to the guest by reception
- The rate displayed at time of booking includes accommodation, full breakfast, £40 dining credit per person in Fauna Restaurant and a post-show night cap served in Flora Bar
- Theatre tickets are not included in the displayed rate. These will be reserved by reception at a discounted cost and communicated to the guest
- The availability of theatre tickets and the total cost of the package including theatre tickets will be confirmed by reception either via telephone or email within 24hrs of the booking being made
- Until our reception team make contact to confirm theatre ticket availability and cost, the booking is not prepaid and is fully cancellable
- Once theatre tickets are confirmed, the total cost of the booking including theatre tickets is prepaid in full and is non-refundable
- Pre theatre lunch should be seated in Fauna Restaurant by 12 noon and dinner seated by 5pm to ensure dining time before the show
- The accommodation element of this package is discounted from our Flexible rate for the relevant room type at time of booking
- The discount applied to the accommodation is reflected in the total rate shown at time of booking
- Our bedroom rates will fluctuate over time. No further discount or adjustment to the booked and confirmed reservation price will be applied
- Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates and/or room types may be closed on this rate or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied
- Rates are inclusive of VAT. In the event of an adjustment in the rate of VAT, no change will be made to the price of the confirmed reservation
