- Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or non-arrival.
- Children aged 5 years or under stay, eat and drink for free from the kids’ menu and children aged 6 to 17 stay for free however pay for all meals and drinks consumed at the hotel, valid when dining with an accompanying paying adult staying and dining at the hotel.
