Our luxurious retreat has 32 unique rooms and is sheltered amongst 10 acres of lush gardens and woodland, home to a variety of wildlife including red squirrels and majestic deer. Steeped in history, our rooms are spread across our beautiful grounds and all feature distinguished rural touches and bespoke furnishings. 

Heatherbank House

Set within 10 acres of woodland, Heatherbank House is just a short walk from The Main House and features seven beautiful rooms, that can be booked individually or as a group. Like the wild heather that sweeps the Scottish hills, this space is deeply connected to the land. Each room offers a natural retreat, with select rooms opening onto private balconies, perfect for breathing in the Highland air and taking in the landscape.

Located in Heatherbank House and is just a short walk through our lush grounds to the main house and restaurant, which are just 50m away. This striking room features views of the Scottish woodlands with some rooms featuring a private terrace. The room also features a super king size bed, period features, rural touches and an en-suite bathroom along with special touches such as GHD hairdryer, vintage-style DAB radio with built in Bluetooth receiver to stream your own music, fluffy slippers and bathrobes. Guests have access to the Perthshire Pantry which offers fresh milk, fruit and freshly baked cakes and biscuits which is replenished every day. Two rooms have a shared balcony access, and one has a four-poster bed.

Our History

Our main hotel building is a historic Victorian mansion house dating back to 1892. Due to its age and listed status, please be advised there are no lifts and there are a small number of stairs to access the building. If you require an accessible room, please enquire with us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you within the estate.
